Charlie is Chairman of General Re Corporation, our parent company, and has more than 37 years of industry experience across the life & health and property & casualty insurance and reinsurance industries in the U.S., Europe and Australasia. Prior to joining Gen Re, Charlie held various senior vice president positions at AIG, Inc. in New York from 2007-2018, including as CEO of the Life, Health and Disability businesses, CEO of the Legacy Segment and Corporate Chief Actuary. From 2003-2007, Charlie was with the Munich Re Group in Munich and was the group’s first Chief Risk Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University in New South Wales, Australia, and is a Fellow of The Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

Chuck is Senior VP, Manager of the National & Multinational Companies unit in Treaty North America. Chuck started at Gen Re writing Property, Energy and Inland Marine Facultative business in New York before relocating to London in 2012 where he went on to oversee the Property Facultative portfolio in the UK & Ireland. He moved back to the U.S. in 2017 to assume leadership of the Property Facultative portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region before becoming an Account Executive for National & Multinational business. Chuck holds a degree in Political Science and Business/Liberal Arts from the Pennsylvania State University.

Andrew D'Arcy is Head of International P&C with responsibility for all of Gen Re’s direct P&C business outside the USA and Canada as well as for Faraday. Andrew joined Gen Re in 2014 having held various senior roles in the Lloyd’s and London market. He is a qualified actuary and serves as a Director of General Reinsurance AG as well as of Faraday Underwriting Ltd.

Harindra is President and CEO of General Re Life Corporation, Gen Re’s U.S. Life & Health unit. Harindra joined Gen Re in 2021 as a Vice President, tasked with building out the Inforce Management function among other responsibilities. He was then promoted to Senior VP and also head of Corporate Development where he led large-scale acquisitions and divestitures to produce capital allocation efficiencies for the Gen Re group.     Harindra has over a decade and a half of diverse experiences including inforce management, portfolio analytics, valuation, products, derivatives modelling and risk management within the wealth management, insurance and reinsurance industries. Before joining Gen Re, his last role at Swiss Re was to lead their North America Inforce Management function. Harindra began his career at Manulife/John Hancock. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Science from the University of Manitoba, and he is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
